Outreach that runs itself, on the account you cannot replace
Frontier builds your sequences on a visual canvas, holds every action inside limits your LinkedIn account can handle, and gives you one inbox and a CRM to work the conversations it starts.
Cloud session and residential IP included. Nothing to install.
A walk through the workflow builder, the inbox, the CRM and the safety controls.
What Frontier does
Workflows
Every LinkedIn and email step on one canvas, branching on what actually happened.
UniBox
LinkedIn threads and email replies in a single inbox, with the full history attached.
Outreach CRM
Contacts, accounts, deals and tasks living where the conversations happen.
Safety limits
Nine action types paced daily, six health signals watched, warmup handled for you.
Live by this afternoon
Three steps, and none of them involve installing a browser extension.
Connect your account
Your LinkedIn opens inside a secure cloud session with its own residential IP. You work in it exactly as you would in a normal browser, and nobody has to share a password to help you.
Build the workflow
Import leads from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or a CSV, drag your steps into order, and set the pace. Templates are there if you want a starting point.
Work the replies
Answers arrive in the UniBox and become CRM records with a stage and an owner. Reply once and the sequence stops for that person automatically.
Build the whole sequence on one canvas
Drag the steps into place and connect them. Visit the profile, send the invite, like a post while you wait, message once it is accepted, move to email if LinkedIn stays quiet. Each path is something you can see, not a setting buried in a form.
- Branch on connected, accepted, replied or opened
- AI blocks that write the opener from the lead's recent posts
- Edit a running campaign without stopping it
- Manual task steps for touches you would rather do yourself
- Every step keeps its own delay, so nothing fires in a burst

One inbox for every conversation
LinkedIn messages and email replies land in the same place, on the same thread, with everything that came before them attached. If a colleague messaged this person two years ago from another profile, you can see it before you open your mouth.
- LinkedIn and email side by side in one view
- Complete interaction history synced across every sender
- Notes, tasks and reminders sitting on the conversation
- Saved templates and AI replies for the answers you send often
- Teammates can reply on your behalf without your password

The pipeline lives where the outreach happens
Every lead becomes a record: the channels you can reach them on and how many touches each has had, their time zone, the deal attached, and which automation will touch them next. People at the same company roll up into one account, so you stop pitching three colleagues in parallel by accident.
- Contact and account records with a full activity timeline
- Deals, stages, owners and tasks, filtered any way you like
- Account level view so a company is worked as one target
- Sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close and any CRM with an API
- Webhooks for the moments that matter, such as a positive reply

Built for the account you only have one of
There is no support ticket that brings back a restricted LinkedIn profile. So Frontier decides your daily ceiling for you, watches the same signals LinkedIn watches, and slows you down before you get a warning rather than after.

A single health score, with the issues named so you know what to fix.

Your daily limit against what comparable accounts actually run.

Where you sit on the warmup ladder and what the next tier needs.
The six signals we score every day
These are the things LinkedIn itself pays attention to. Frontier reads them daily and pulls your limits back the moment one turns.
- Active sessionsLong unbroken hours online read as a bot. We keep you under a normal working day.
- Profile age and networkNew profiles with small networks get a much lower ceiling than established ones.
- Verification and completenessA verified, fully filled profile is trusted further than an empty one.
- Last month activityVolume has to build over 30 days. Dormant accounts start slow whatever you set.
- Connect rate and pending invitesLow acceptance and a long unanswered queue are the classic spam signature.
- Reply rate and block rateOne spam report matters more than a hundred sends. We watch for it.
What a new account's first month looks like
Profile visits and post likes only. Five to ten a day. No invites, no messages.
Invites start. Five to ten a day, engagement continues alongside.
Hold steady. Nothing rises. Acceptance rate settles and health climbs.
Messaging joins in. Sent days after an accept, never the same minute.
- Nine action types capped separately, each with its own delay
- Working hours in your own time zone, with breaks and weekends
- Hit LinkedIn's weekly invite cap and the ceiling drops on its own, then recovers
- Your own residential IP and a stable browser session, included
- Automation and your own browsing share one session, so LinkedIn sees one device
Not sure what volume your account can handle?
We will look at your profile together and tell you the daily limit it can hold today.
Know which step is doing the work
Connections sent, accepted, messages delivered, opened, replied, broken down by campaign, channel and period. When a number moves you can see which step moved it, and you can hand the same view to a client without rebuilding it in a spreadsheet.
- Performance per campaign, per step and per sender
- Filter by channel and date range
- Export to CSV, Excel or PDF for reporting
- Benchmarks that show how your numbers compare to the market

Add a second account whenever you are ready
Start on your own profile. When a colleague, a co-founder or a client account joins, one campaign can run across all of them, and Frontier decides who sends to whom. Nobody hands over a password to make it work.

Running outreach for a team or a set of clients?
We will map out senders, workspaces and rotation before you pay for anything.
One price per connected account
A sender profile is one LinkedIn account with its mailboxes attached. Add more and the rate falls on all of them. Teammates, VAs and clients who log in are free.
- Workflows, UniBox, CRM, analytics
- Cloud session and residential IP
- Unlimited campaigns and leads
- Email sending alongside LinkedIn
- Everything in Solo
- Sender rotation across accounts
- Shared workspaces and permissions
- Direct Slack or WhatsApp support
- Everything in Team
- A workspace per client
- Client logins and reporting included
- Migration and onboarding handled

Questions
Is this safe to run on my only LinkedIn account?
That is the whole design. Frontier starts you well below LinkedIn's thresholds and only raises the ceiling as your account earns it. If acceptance falls, a spam report appears or you hit the weekly invite cap, the limit comes down by itself and recovers over the following weeks. You also get your own residential IP and a stable session rather than shared infrastructure.
Do I need to leave my computer on?
No. Everything runs in the cloud on the schedule you set, whether your laptop is open or not.
Can I still use LinkedIn normally while a campaign runs?
Yes. You open LinkedIn through Frontier and browse as usual. Automation and your own activity share one session and one IP, so LinkedIn never sees two devices competing over the same login.
Is there a browser extension to install?
No. Frontier runs server side. Extensions that inject code into LinkedIn pages are the highest risk category in this market, which is exactly what we avoid.
How long before I can send at full volume?
Two to four weeks for a cold profile, faster for an established account with real history and 500 or more connections. The month one plan above is what the ramp looks like in practice.
Where do the leads come from?
Import from a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator list, an event or group, a post's engagers, or a CSV from whatever tool you already use.
What counts as a sender profile?
One LinkedIn account, with its email inboxes attached. Users are free, so a VA or a client can log in to work the inbox at no extra cost.
Can I run this for my clients?
Yes. From 26 accounts you get a separate workspace per client, so lists, campaigns and conversations stay apart. Client and VA logins are free, and each client can be given access to their own workspace and reporting.
